Based on search conducted in TKDL database the Examiner concluded:
“Claims 1,2 cannot be treated as invention as they lack novelty and inventive step u/s 2(1)j of the Patents act 1970 in the light of the documents cited below:

Claims of the present invention relates to a herbal tea compostion with all the ingredients which are traditionally known as in prior art and hence lacks novelty and inventive step.

2. Outcomes of Examination Report
As the outcome of TKDL references and other documents cited in examination report, Controller decided to refuse the Application 1732/DEL/2007 for grant of patent on 12.03.2015.
